2024 Tuvalu $2 Rubik's™ Cube 50th Anniversary 2oz Silver Antiqued Coin

Inspiring a global craze with puzzlers everywhere keen to have a go, those who took it most seriously studied techniques and strategies to help solve the Rubik’s® Cube as quickly as possible. As of July 2023, the world record of solving a 3x3 cube had been set to stand at a remarkable 3.13 seconds.
The Perth Mint is pleased to present this unique Rubik’s™ Cube collectable coin. Encased in the coin’s centre is a rotating 24-carat gold-plated representative model of a Rubik’s ® Cube. Struck by The Perth Mint from 2oz of 99.99% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.
The Perth Mint will release no more than 3,000 of the Rubik’s™ Cube 50th Anniversary 2024 2oz Silver Antiqued Coloured Coin.
