SHIPPING INFORMATION
You can choose from Standard or Express shipping for your submission.
Standard Shipping
$80USD
Your submission will be sent out in the next quarterly shipment. Quarterly shipments are sent out on the 1st of March, June, September and December.
Express Shipping
$200USD
Your submission will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after we receive it, and will be shipped via an express international postal service.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF GRADING?
High-value items are unfortunately prone to counterfeits and fakes. Being able to accurately know and represent what is in your collection is of utmost importance.
Storing your cards in binders or plastic sleeves might be a sufficient solution, but are they truly protected? PSA cases are rigid, plastic, water-resistant, sonically sealed and tamper-proof.

What should I put as the declared value?
The declared value should represent the accurate current market replacement value for that item.
Failure to include the accurate declared value will result in your submission being placed on hold until the information is provided.

Are there additional charges for high value submissions?
Imperial Coins covers all insurance charges on submissions under a declared value of $9,999AUD.
For submissions over $9,999AUD, the following surcharges will apply:
• $10,000AUD – $29,999AUD + 0.5% of the declared value
• $30,000 AUD + 1% of the declared valueIn addition to this, any single submission with a declared value of $50,000AUD and above will incur an additional international shipping charge of $500AUD.
How long does the grading process take?
The process can take up to four months from the time we receive your submission to it returning to you.
What is your insurance policy?
All submissions sent through Imperial Coins are fully insured and shipped through world class armed couriers.
