2008 $10 Centenary of the Rugby League 1/10oz Gold Proof Coin

Rugby League has always been a favourite in NSW and Queensland states of Australia, but with the popularity it has truly grown into a national competition, it is no longer a game played only in NSW and Queensland with the game being played across the country, the National Rugby League (NRL) promoting the great game to the heights it has become.

The ten dollar gold proof coin was released by the Royal Australian Mint, with a limited mintage of just 2,001 coins.
